Wink & Thea
Our first litter came from our wonderful doodles, Apollo & Thea (see their picture and description below, because we’re too proud of them both, not to show them off). However, Apollo needed to retire the use of his DNA, so we searched carefully and intentionally to find a medium sized well-natured sire who felt like the right match this time.
Enter Wink; a first time father/sire from the highly reputable, and well established Zippity Doodles, founded and run by the incredibly knowledgeable, and all-around great human, Debbie Dixon. Mr Wink was a really amazing gift of a dog to find and sire these Celestial Doodles.
However, if you feel moved to come meet, and perhaps select a puppy from this litter, you won’t be able to meet Wink; you’ll have to take our word that he’s utterly delightful. But you’ll be able to meet Thea, and our stand-in doggie dad Apollo, who cared for these pups just like he thinks they’re his own – cleaning, snuggling, and watching over them carefully.

Apollo & Thea
These two members of our family are the reason we call our Goldendoodles “Celestial”. Apollo (named for the God of sun and light) and Thea (named for an ancient planet believed to have collided with Earth, resulting in the creation of the moon), are our affectionately dubbed “poopies”. Carefully brought into our family for their kind natures, hypo-allergenic and non-shedding hair, we couldn’t love them more. Though our hearts felt they were right for our family, we had no idea we were getting such a perfect pair!
THEA
Our sweet mama came to us through lucky fate at the beginning of 2018. She has always had an excitement for life, and getting scratches behind the ears. She also loooooves her treats, toys, and good smelling food!
Thea is classified as an F1 Goldendoodle. This means she’s 1/2 Golden Retriever, and 1/2 Poodle. She is considered medium sized, and has beautiful wavy fur that gets golden on it’s tips as it grows out. Her retriever side shows out in her love of going on walks, and in how much she finds joy in her toys. Even as a puppy, Thea has never had an inclination to chew up shoes or carry around things that aren’t hers. But if you offer her a toy and tell her it’s hers, you can count on it being chewed up and down, and claimed as her own for good.
Our sweet girl likes to give kisses, and settle in for naps close to wherever family members are. As a mother, she’s been nurturing and so attentive – even with such a large litter! And the only thing she likes as much as treats, toys, and her family, is her best friend Apollo.
WINK
Wink, the birth father of this litter, is a sweet natured dog bred and provided as sire from Zippity Doodles. Clearly, the pups with gorgeous brown fur pull strongly from his genetics! As a medium sized doodle, we don’t anticipate any of this litter growing any larger than Wink or Thea, but we can already see his happy but notably calm nature emanating from these pups.

Wink is a medium multigen Goldendoodle with a straight coat (BBee, KbKb, atat, DD, Ssp, curl -/-, IC clear). He’s a “wonderful dog” even according to the notes on his OFA eye certificate ;o) He weighs 40 lbs, and is a stocky boy. Wink has completed his Blue Ribbon level testing which includes OFA hip and elbow prelims, OFA CAER CERF (eyes), OFA Cardiac, OFA Patellas. DNA testing includes PRA/Prcd, GR-PRA 1&2, VonWillebrands I & II, Neonatal Encephalopathy, Degenerative Myelopathy, Ichthyosis, Macrothrombocytopenia, Globoid Cell Leukodystrophy, Gangliosidosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa, Malignant Hyperthermia, Neuronal Ceriod Liposuscinosis, Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Osteochondrodysplasia and more (complete DNA panel).
